Responsibilities & Context
- Candidates having experience of Quality Management System (QMS) at any renowned garments manufacturer can apply.
- Perform internal QMS/ Technical Audit being internal auditor, work with all section head for improvement whenever needed.
- Follow up, monitor, and supervise QMS requirements to ensure successful implementation throughout the entire manufacturing process, from the warehouse to shipment.
- Lead quality control and management systems in cutting, sewing, and finishing.
- Train all quality inspectors and staff on basic quality requirements, concepts, and policies.
- Develop quality SOP and quality manual for good quality management.
- Total Quality Management, Implementation, and Continuous Improvement. Implement all technical requirements of the buyer for a technical audit.
- Implement 5S housekeeping in the workplace and train every department about 5S.
- All types of quality metrics and key performance indicator (KPI) reporting. Technical files and document control.·
- Ensuring all kinds of Products safety requirements as per customer’s expectation.
- Follow up and monitor all the machine valid calibration in workplace.
- Ensuring all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling.
- Having experienced in handling 3rd party/ 1st party technical audit.
- Doing CAP and communicating with the buyers.
- Any others job assigned by management.
