Good communication skill including Reading and Writing skill in English.
The applicants must have professional training in the following area(s): ISO- 9001, OCS, GOTS, GRS & Production Traceability Documents.
Good numerical, logical, analytical, goal oriented, critical thinking & problem solving ability.

Develop, Implement, and Maintain quality Management System(QMS) to ensure it align with industry standards,(e,g, ISO 9001,ISO 14001, or other relevant certifications)
Ensuring that the quality system complies with internal procedures, customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
implement quality control measures to detect defects or inconsistencies in different stages of garments production( fabric inspection, cutting, sewing, finishing and packing)
Compile audit report and present findings to management, recommending correction actions when necessary.
perform quality check and assessment of incoming material, ensuring they meet specifications.
Providing training and developing the knowledge of team member/ employee.
Track key performance indicators ( KPI) related to quality and production efficiency.
