• 2-4 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities & Context

• Ensure all Quality policies, SOP, procedures, and work instructions are documented. Maintain all key area SOP and flow charts.
• Monitor production processes to ensure factory machinery and personnel meet buyer and company requirements.
• Oversee production and quality teams, ensuring proper implementation of quality control measures.
• Review and assess the work of subordinates inspecting product functionality and conformance to specifications.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS).
• Create and standardize operating procedures for all facilities.
• Prepare and present weekly reports to management on production unit performance.
• Implement effective Corrective Action Plans (CAP) for the top 5 defects identified through daily/weekly defect analysis.
