Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a young, talented and energetic candidate to join our Quality Department. Join us in making a positive impact on the polymer industry in Bangladesh and contribute to the growth of production plant product quality.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine quality control testing of raw materials, in process batches & finished goods.
• Study compatibility of pigments, dyes and additives with various polymer.
• Conduct experiments to analyze thermal, mechanical and optical properties of materials.
• Co-ordinate with production teams to ensure smooth scale-up of formulations.
• Interact with suppliers and vendors to evaluate raw materials.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of samples.
• Interpret raw materials & finis goods test reports.
• Ensure laboratory safety and compliance with quality standards.
• Writing reports based on finding results.
• Validate and transfer analytical methods and demonstrate their correct application according to production and quality control requirements.
• Perform maintenance and calibration of instruments, drafting and/or revision of laboratory SOPs, instrument and process qualification protocols.
• Oversee QA/QC testing equipment operations, perform master batch & polymer characterization & Lead and mentor the Quality control process.
• Data analytics- statistical techniques, such as control charts and process capability analysis.
• Implementation of Corrective and Preventive action. Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans to address identified issues.
• Proficiency in testing quality of raw Material/finished goods, Pigments & master batches.
