Responsibilities & Context

Execute manual and automated testing of mobile and web applications across various platforms (iOS, Android, Web).

Identify, log, and track bugs or performance issues using bug tracking tools.

Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test cases, test scripts, and test plans for new features and updates.

Work closely with the development team to understand new features and functionality and ensure they meet quality standards.

Perform regression testing on apps during the software release process to ensure that existing features are not negatively impacted by new changes.

Develop high-quality, user-friendly content for in-app features, tutorials, FAQs, and user onboarding materials.
-
Ensure that the content aligns with the app’s target audience and contributes to enhanced user engagement and experience.

Regularly update app content to ensure accuracy and relevance with new releases and updates.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure that the content is displayed effectively within the app’s interface.
