Knowledge of US healthcare and relevant experience in Medicare/Medicaid, Risk Adjustment, Quality, and RX are advantages.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Job Context:

Mercury IT International Limited (formerly Jaxara IT, Employer of Record- Safeguard Global) is a USA-based software company, a sister concern of Veradigm (https://veradigm.com). As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will work closely with Business and Technical Leaders from across the organization to help, define and execute our testing strategy. We are seeking someone with experience developing tests for data-centric applications in the cloud. This is a key position in a highly visible strategic initiative to review requirement specifications and create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement testing patterns and best practices to ensure adequate test coverage across all our solutions.
Ensure the quality of the products complies with defined standards and the client’s needs.
Identify technological limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and suggest the best solution.
Functional and Non-Functional Exploratory testing, Regression testing, Integration testing, UI/UX testing, Security testing, and Accessibility testing.
Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Identify issues and write detailed bug reports during the development cycle.
Document all issues related to tests and test failures and share the results with the team.
Take complete ownership of client/project requirements.
Collaborate adequately with all team members, including the offshore team, to achieve tasks.
Participating in release planning and deployment activities to ensure that software releases meet quality standards and are delivered on schedule.
Prepare the end-user documentation, operational procedures, and user and training manuals.
Identify and use automation tests where appropriate.
