Must have strong communication skills. Professionalism; Hardworking; Problem-solving skills. English (Language) People Management skill

Responsibilities & Context

• Permanent contract
• Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct inspections and issue reports, including evaluation of new and existing factories.
  • Oversee and monitor the production plan.
  • Perform quality assurance and support the factory for continuous improvement.
  • Develop a long-term partnership with the factory to ensure the production output and consistent quality performance.
  • Support risk assessment through in-process quality control and sample review.
