Responsibilities & Context

1. Drive the PGS business Objectives across all Quality related KPI metrics.·

• Reduce claims.
• Increase quality performance across regions .
• Data driven decision making and reporting·
• Develop A right first-time fit process.
• Implement a risk assessment SOP to ensure that garments flow through production as smoothly as possible.
• Ensure that the QA teams are set up and SOP’s and process implemented.
• Review KPI’s & Score Cards for factory performance for key areas for improvement.
• Support and set up of FCQA (Factory Certified Quality Auditors) program where the factory will take responsibility for the in line & final audits.
• Build Strong team capabilities building on trust and integrity.

2. Engage and cultivate through Best Methods

• Reduce wastage through Quality initiatives.
• Engage in project works GPSR, ZDHC

  3. Leadership -Coaching·

• Lead from the front·
• Develop the Teams strengths and capabilities through trainings and development.
• Ability to keep team engaged and informed.
• Manage conflict across levels of organizations and the ability to effectively manage all Quality team members while coaching and mentoring/advising management on results and of the process improvement plans CAPs./Actions required·
• Coach and mentor suppliers on how to be accountable for sustainable results.
• Prepared to challenge the Status Quo.
• Team Player, Collaborator and the ability to work independently.
• Lead with Integrity.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to meet business priorities in line with PGS CFA, Global Quality Head and SDP Executive.

Skills & Expertise

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

Fluency in English and Bengali

ISO (QMS EMS OHSAS)

Quality Auditor

TQMS
