• 5 years of relevant work experience, good product and production knowledge with inspection criteria, AQL, shade and defects type, etc.
• Strong leadership skills and teamwork mentality.
• Exposure in Quality Assurance.
• Excellent communication both verbal and written, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy is a must, especially a strong skill to work in Excel.
• Flexible on working hours, Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work with smart technology i.e., Tablet/Laptop for various reporting.

Responsibilities & Context

Main Responsibilities :

• Yarn quality check
• Printability check
• Maintain Mini bulk files properly
• Risky point analysis for any new styles & feedback to BLO PD and HQ before approval
• Greige Fabric quality check & monitoring the Knitting parameter randomly
• Recipe & process route check
• Ensure Finished Fabric quality parameters with relevant fabric test reports as per the quality manual
• Approve the finished fabric shade of each batch by visually & spectrophotometer
• Check bulk Accessories on garments, and trim cards
• Cut panel check & keep a record
• Samples check before shipment at different stages of production and some special project samplesConduct PP Meeting
• Ensure all quality parameters from Cutting, Sewing, Finishing & Packing as per the company’s technical information manual/standard
• Be present at the production line setup/first product flow, for new styles
• Conduct In-line & Final inspection
• Keep record from the washing plant for all the panel wash garments
• Packing accuracy check daily (Mixed boxes/Missing pcs/sticker info vs content, etc.)
• Reporting for Production status, OT & MSOR status, and ETP pH test
• A weekly update of the factory’s quality situation to the line manager
• Guide the supplier for STST quality expectations and requirements and troubleshoot the issues
• Size set, measurement check & give required correction, Top check & report
• Pattern review.
• Production & backlog file follow-up
• Cross-match the new style production with existing & another factory and ensure the same quality across all suppliers for the same style & color
• Random garments pick from production for testing purposes & update report in Oddo.

• Internal: Quality Assurance team, colleagues at BLO & counterparts at European HQ.·
• External: Manufacturers, suppliers, producers of Stanley Stella supply chain.
