Education
- Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
Additional Requirements
- Age At most 35 years
- Having good communication skill both in English and Bangla
- Good computer knowledge
- For the position of Senior Quality Assurance Officer, candidates should be at least 3 years experienced in similar job
Responsibilities & Context
The incumbent will be responsible to
- Monitor dispensing of raw materials as well as manufacturing & packaging processes in compliance with GMP
- Perform IPC, BMR-BPR checking, change control activities and batch release activities
- Prepare and control of SOPs and ensure QMS related documentation
- Handle the market complaint, deviation, QIR, CAPA, NCR & rejections
- Handle the batch document & retention sample and ensure proper investigation of quality incidents
