Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience
At least 6 years

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate, Real Estate Startup
Minimum 6 years of experience in construction or real estate projects.
Practical experience in building construction and site supervision is preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Computer literacy (MS Office, AutoCAD will be an advantage).
Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
Ensure construction work is executed according to approved drawings, design, and specifications.
Monitor project progress and maintain project schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards at the site.
Prepare and maintain site reports, work progress reports, and documentation.
Verify construction materials and ensure proper utilization.
Assist in project planning, cost control, and site management.
Perform other tasks assigned by management.
