Responsibilities & Context

Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist committed to maintaining the highest standards of operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in enhancing our current processes, ensuring data accuracy, and driving continuous improvements through systematic evaluations and feedback.
Process Evaluation: Regularly review and analyze the current operational processes to identify areas of improvement. Data Verification: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across all platforms, from internal systems to university portals. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from students, agents, and internal staff to identify potential issues or areas for enhancement. Issue Identification: Promptly detect, document, and address discrepancies or issues in the application and consultation processes. Testing: Conduct routine tests on all new system features or updates to ensure they function as expected without introducing new issues. Report Generation: Compile detailed reports on QA activities, findings, and implemented solutions for management review. Training & Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to communicate QA findings and provide necessary training or guidance to improve the quality of service. Stay Updated: Continuously upgrade skills and knowledge in line with the latest QA methodologies and tools relevant to the education consultancy industry. Policy & Procedure Development: In collaboration with management, assist in the formulation of quality policies and procedures and ensure their proper dissemination and adoption.
