Responsibilities & Context

• Follow T&A during order execution and if anything is wrong immediately discuss it with the team supervisor
• Manage and coordinate the production cycle and ensured each completion met the established timeframe
• Coordinated data and prepare statistical reports on Quality systems before the PP meetings
• Keep records of workmanship/ trims & labeling accuracy / and maintain records to discuss in the meeting
• Cross-checking the approved pattern against the approved sample along with the relevant teams for any clarifications OR mistakes being observed
• Make sure that the factory is following the correct/approved PPS & approved trims card for production. (should display at the line end)
• Make sure style layout is correct with all required machinery, machine type/work aids are available & midline checkpoints are allocated/provide standards, mock-ups
• Monitoring operator’s performances and efficiency in the sample room
• Select correct key quality controlling points & check at regular intervals & maintain records.
• Going through the sewing line process & providing technical support to solve any technical issues.
• Review first bulk (first 50pcs output) & ensure measurements/workmanship/labeling accuracy (sharing reports with the team)

• Must make sure to pick garments from the size set and send for an internal wash test
• Allocating QA files to concerned factories after cross-checking
• Ability to Handle various fabrics and Need good Technical sound for the Sewing process
• Ability to handle Basic Technical Audit /QMS with 3rd Party Audit
