Education

Bachelor in Leather Engineering and Technology will be preferred.
Master’s degree in any discipline from recognized university with Leather Goods experience.

Skills Required: Buying House, Footwear & Shoe Factory.
Good command in English (Writing & Communicating)Must have Sound knowledge in computer literacy, especially MS Office, Internet & other communicative operation Applications.
Smart and skilled with communication.
Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.

Shoe materials quality, QC Production parameters, QC step is main responsibility.
To set up and planning from cutting to finishing of the shoe of all QC team.
Time to time instruction to the vendors for required quality, Analysis the day to day problem and take immediate action to avoid any kind of financial or reputation loss of the company.
To maintain the regular co-ordination with the other managers in the production floor to ensure smoother quality shoe production.
To closely work with factory management to execute the planned production.
Carry out quality assurance program on supplier and production units and take necessary initiative to avoid quality failure in the initial level of operations.
To follow-up work properly to ensure smooth production Department.
To prepare all necessary reports and submit the same to all concerned person as well as factory Management.
To follow up the company’s & Buyers indicated laws & regulation & thereby maintain disciplines in all stages.
