RAJA METAL INDUSTRIES is one of the largest and leading Bathroom & Kitchen Faucets manufacturer in Bangladesh since 1978. We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Quality Control Officer for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise in the handling of sample evaluation and production approval by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories. etc., and giving comments on production.
- Monitored QC performance by gathering relevant production data.
- Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly.
- Doing inline inspection to check quality. Follow-up prefinal inspection.
- Ultimately ensure the final product quality.
- Supervising staff and monitoring production standards.
- Develop, manage, implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan.
- Effectively interact with technical, development, and production team.
- Ensure the product quality by implementing corrective & preventive action along with root cause analysis during production process.
- Reduction of rejection or/and wastage during Production.
- Understand product quality standard & supervise all respective workmanship solutions to the production team.
- Customer claim Analysis and take corrective & Preventive Action.
