Summary

Education

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering. (BUET/ KUET/ CUET/ RUET/ DUET graduate applicant will get preference).

Additional Requirements

Minimum 10 years hand on experience in construction project with reckonable period as a QC engineer.
2-3 years’ work experience in engineering construction company in abroad will get preference.
Candidates ready to join at short notice will get privileged.
To make necessary communication with the Consultant, Architect & various clients.
Strong fluency in English.
Excellent knowledge in Computer and MS Office application especially in MS Excel.
Organized, proactive, autonomous, rigorous, analytical, sense of human relations,
communication skills, willingness, and motivation to work in an international and
intercultural context.
Strong communication ability with International Engineering company.
Good leadership, execution skill, smartness, challenges encountering attitude and ability to manage any embarrassing situation.

Job Description / Responsibility

To ensure right quality of construction at every stage of work.
Responsible to maintain quality control records for analysis in order to continue the improvement of work.
Capable to monitor and perform laboratory and on-site tests.
Presenting construction project progress updates to employer, clients and others.
Supervision of construction activities as per drawing and conducting quality check as per SOP and Quality Manual of company.
Checking & documentation of QC checklist reports for projects.
Visiting projects in regular interval for Quality Assurance purpose.
Rate analysis for various items of work.
Performing any drafting & analysis works related to the QC department.
Conducting engineering materials testing along with report analysis & documentation.
To ensure quality of construction materials and quality of concrete by field inspection and lab test.
To conduct external audits and inspections.
Attend construction-related meetings to support project-related functions and effectively
communicate with the project team to resolve conflicts in interpretation.
Responsible to perform any others job as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Project-based contractual job.
