Follow and maintain the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the processing and finishing of product quality as per requirement.
Conduct full inspection of every consignment by assuring color bleeding test, styling, measurement and all other quality aspects as per the approved sample.
Conduct inspection of raw materials and accessories as per the required standard.
Identify and focus on finding defects and take initiatives to solve the just-in-time (JIT) problems.
Oversee and implement comprehensive quality control measures at all inspection stages, including inline, pre-final, and final.
Visit the vendor factories on a frequent basis whenever required.Conduct root-cause analysis and take preventive action to reduce garments fault/defect and perform customer feedback analysis.
Maintain records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation along with preparing reports and presentation.
Collaborate with production partners to identify and implement quality enhancements.
Arrange and moderate meetings and any others assignment given by the management according to the needs and guidelines.
