Desired candidate shoulders have hand on experience of running a FIBC Bag Factory. He/She will be required to train & supervise operation runs the factory efficiently.
Eligibility: Graduate with relevant experience 5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) department within the Bag manufacturing factory, ensuring the production of high-quality bag products that meet all regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
Oversee all aspects of the QC process, including raw material inspection, in-process control checks, and finished product testing to ensure conformance to quality standards.
Analyze QC data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to address any quality deviations or potential issues.
Prepare and maintain detailed quality control documentation, including reports, audits, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Collaborate with production, engineering, and purchasing departments to ensure quality is embedded throughout the entire bag manufacturing process.
Conduct regular audits of the factory’s operations and QC procedures to identify areas for improvement and maintain compliance.
Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors during inspections, ensuring the factory meets all quality standards and safety regulations.
Develop and implement cost-effective quality control procedures to optimize resource utilization while maintaining high product quality.
