Responsibilities & Context
o Overseeing and ensuring the quality control of products
o Maintaining quality standards, conducting inspections, and implementing corrective actions
o They will collaborate with the production unit to provide guidance on quality requirements and resolve quality-related issues
o The Quality Manager will also be responsible for analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing quality improvement initiatives
o Maintain proper hygiene in production house
o Lead quality and food safety related audits
o Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) that are align with regulatory requirements, industry guidelines and organization’s policies
o Implement SOPs which may assist to generate more revenue
o Perform any tasks from management as per requirement
