Conduct visual and tactile inspections of digitally printed textiles to identify defects, color discrepancies, and print accuracy.
Monitor the digital printing process to ensure adherence to specifications, including ink usage, print settings, and material handling.
Work closely with production teams, designers, and suppliers to address quality issues and implement improvements.
Perform various tests (e.g., colorfastness, washability, abrasion resistance) to ensure fabrics meet industry standards.
Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality control measures taken during the printing process.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for enhancing printing processes and product quality.
Provide training to production staff on quality control practices and proper handling of materials.
