Responsibilities & Context
Quality Inspection & Control
- Conduct inline and final inspections as per AQL standards.
- Inspect garments for stitching defects, measurement accuracy, fabric flaws, trims quality, and finishing issues.
- Ensure products meet buyer requirements and technical specifications.
Report Preparation
- Prepare detailed inspection reports including findings, defect analysis, and photographic evidence.
- Submit final quality reports to management, buyers, and concerned factory personnel.
Measurement & Specification Verification
- Check garment measurements according to size charts and approved samples.
- Verify workmanship, labeling, packing, and overall presentation standards.
Coordination & Communication
- Communicate quality issues to production teams for immediate corrective action.
- Coordinate with supervisors, merchandisers, and quality managers to ensure compliance.
Defect Analysis & Improvement
- Identify root causes of recurring defects.
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve overall production quality.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to buyer compliance, safety standards, and company policies.
