Responsibilities & Context

S & P Bangla Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Manager to oversee and maintain high-quality standards throughout our production processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet or exceed quality expectations while adhering to industry regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance processes and systems.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with established standards and specifications.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the production team to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Train employees on quality standards, processes, and procedures.
• Maintain records of quality tests, inspections, and audits.
• Liaise with clients and suppliers to address quality-related concerns.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal and safety regulations.
