Additional Requirements

Minimum 10 Years experience as Manager in a large knit composite & compliance factory.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good communication skills in English.
Good command of quality control processes A vast experience to work in a large knit composite is must required for this post.

Set appropriate quality standards and tolerances within acceptable limits (AQL) with regards to raw material and production quality, quality manual.
Ensure Quality Management System (QMS) tool is in place & working.
Monitor inspection of raw materials and accessories of the garment and durability testing in terms of color & quality.
Monitor to identify loopholes during Knitting, dyeing, cutting, Printing, embroidery, sewing, assembling, washing, finishing and packing stage of garment in terms of quality measurement.
Supervise inline quality & quantity check as per production order Recommend and take corrective actions against deviations and follow up accordingly
Monitor random inspection at final stage Train and grow local resources in terms of technical skills.
Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
Conduct quality meeting to meet the requirements of buyer and corrective action.
Monitor fabric inspection to (carton) shipment.
