Responsibilities & Context

• Set appropriate quality standards and tolerances within acceptable limits (AQL) with regards to raw material and production quality, quality manual.·
• Ensure Quality Management System (QMS) tool is in place & working.·
• Monitor inspection of raw materials and accessories of the garment and durability testing in terms of color & quality.·
• Monitor to identify loopholes during cutting, Printing, embroidery, sewing, assembling, washing, finishing and packing stage of garment in terms of quality measurement.·
• Supervise inline quality & quantity check as per production order Recommend and take corrective actions against deviations and follow up accordingly·
• Monitor random inspection at final stage Train and grow local resources in terms of technical skills.·
• Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
• Conduct quality meeting to meet the requirements of buyer and corrective action.
• Monitor fabric inspection to (carton) shipment.
