Summary

Education

Honors/Masters/M. Sc. / B. Sc. in Industrial Engineering from any reputed public university.
(Educational Qualification may be relaxed in case of candidate with extraordinary ability and experience)

Experience

Additional Requirements

Experience-Quality related min of 05/10 years.
Knowledge: QMS, Product comparing good and bad, AQL standards, Calibrations, ISO
Skill: Problem solving, managing people, Computer MS Excel, graphs, Outlook.
Good in English- spoken & written
Familiar with Quality Management Systems
Good communication skills (for report writing and training)

Oversee testing of all incoming raw materials.
Prepare all relevant documents and enter all testing data into various QC reports.
Ensure all incoming inspection follows RIR, MST, requirements and uses the AQL Method.
Analyses and solve problems, faults, discrepancies in production.
Responsible to take immediate corrective actions in the event of quality problems.
Plan and organize calibrations as per the schedule
Overall responsibility for quality activities.
Train QC inspectors as required and maintain training records.
Lead the team and guide the supervisors.
Ensure safe working conditions and clean environment practices in QC section.
Identify any unsafe conditions, acts and report to concern/Managers etc.
