• 10+ years of QC/QA experience in 100% export oriented garments manufacturing
• In-depth knowledge of quality standards (AQL 2.5/4.0), garment measurements, and testing protocols.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software.

Responsibilities & Context

• Oversee all quality control processes from cutting to finishing to ensure products meet buyer standards (AQL levels).
• Develop and implement quality assurance policies, SOPs, and inspection guidelines.
• Conduct pre-production meetings to clarify quality requirements with production teams.
• Train QC inspectors and production staff on quality standards and defect prevention.
• Co-ordinate with merchandisers, buyers, and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
• Monitor testing reports (fabric, trims, garments) from labs and ensure compliance.
• Conduct final inspections.
