Responsibilities & Context
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System.
- Ensure quality standards for raw materials, in-line processes, and finished products.
- Monitor production to meet buyer requirements and international quality standards.
- Lead internal/external audits and ensure compliance with ISO & buyer standards.
- Handle customer complaints and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
- Provide training and guidance to quality assurance and production teams.
- Maintain quality records and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Drive continuous improvement in product quality and production processes.
- Should have Skill on Denim Production Quality
- Should have Skill on Jacket Production Quality
