Additional Requirements
- Age 38 to 40 years
- At least 10 years (s) as QM, Denim.
- Good Communication skills, and good typing speed in Bangla and English.
- Computer Skill: Microsoft Office Applications.
- Sound Knowledge of international buyers/customers’ requirements.
Responsibilities & Context
- Lead the quality department as per buyers’ quality standards (AQL, SOP, Manual, approved sample, etc.).
- Overseeing, co-ordinating, and promoting the company’s Quality system and product quality improvement process to meet Customer’s requirements.
- Responsible for quality function through the entire manufacturing process including incoming inputs, in-process, outputs, finished goods inspection, and testing.
- Working effectively interacts with technical, development, and production teams to maintain product quality: ensuring that targets are achieved.
- Finalizing the critical operation, quality points, and explaining to the Quality team.
- Developing and implementing the inspection criteria and procedure.
- Monitor & ensure product quality from fabric in-house to finished goods.
- Any other work assigned by management.
