Responsibilities & Context
- Look after overall quality of garments division according to different buyer requirements.
- Establish SOP for Quality Standards and maintain it in floor.
- Maintain all buyer’s quality SOP in the floor.
- Lead the full quality team in garments division.
- Communicating with buyers for quality related issues.
- Need to have vast knowledge in knit fabrics and garments.
- Analyze any risk during product development which will lead to quality failure in production.
- Coordinate with quality section of Cutting, Sewing, Finishing and fabrics as well for smooth production.
- Report to management for any issues related to quality in the floor.
