Additional Requirements

  • The applicants must have experience in the following business area(s): Knit composite factory.
  • The applicants must have the necessary technical knowledge of knit garments production.
  • Able to follow up the bulk production.
  • Profound Knowledge of quality control methods and processes.
  • Instruct the concerned team about critical operations, find solutions to any quality issues, and provide technical guidance as necessary.
  • Documents and updates inspection results by completing reports and logs.
  • Understand production processes for Knit Garments division, conduct In-line Inspection, Production Monitoring, Pre-final and Final Inspection.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Overseeing and ensuring the quality control of products, maintaining quality standards, conducting inspections, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the production unit to provide guidance on quality requirements and resolve quality-related issues.
  • The Quality Manager will also be responsible for analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure all quality parameters during new sample development.
  • Monitor and evaluation daily QC activities & reports.
  • Monitor PP Meeting, size-set follow-up, line plan, inline inspection by maintaining organization standard.
  • Monitor risk assessment, quality gap and drive by using process mapping and other applicable tools.
  • Conduct and coordinate in-process inspection and final inspection in the Factory.
  • Check and ensure pattern size and confirm it for bulk production according to buyer instructions.
  • Communicate with the fabric department regarding the fabric quality and assist the fabric QA to ensure online quality control and reporting of the fabric.
  • Approve and work with the merchandiser for the fabric and all accessories quality issues of final bulk production.
  • Follow up Inline checking and reporting in the cutting, sewing, and finishing department.
  • Communicate with the buyer’s representative and follow their time-to-time instructions accurately.
  • Keeping strong follow-ups on quality and technical issues and giving solutions.
  • Coordinate PP meetings with the team and buyer QC till cutting approval.
  • Make and execute QC’s daily working plan.
  • Have full control of quality control activities throughout the garments.
