Responsibilities & Context
- The applicants must have the capability to guide and manage multiple factories.
- The applicants must have the necessary technical knowledge of Knit, products.
- Able to follow the bulk production in multiple factories at a time. Knowledge of quality control methods and processes.
- Instruct the concerned team about critical operations, find solutions to any quality issues, and provide technical guidance as necessary.
- Documents and updates inspection results by completing reports and logs.
- Understand production processes for Knit Products, conduct In-line Inspection, Production Monitoring, Pre-final and Final Inspection.
- Ability to understand the challenges in different production processes and take preventive measures as necessary to overcome the challenges.
- Familiarity with garment manufacturing processes.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
