Responsibilities & Context
Job Context:
We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and hardworking quality technician for our Garments factory. Candidates will perform standardized quality control checks on our Garments products to ensure they meet the required legal and company standards for safety and quality.
Job Responsibilities:
- To lead the Quality Team in confirming the SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) at the AQL (Acceptance Quality Limit) system.
- To be solely responsible for doing each & every type of inspection (Final/Pre-final/In-line) & report to the concerned head about the quality conditions before offering a final inspection by his/her team.
- To regular counseling & motivation session arrangements within the quality department to lead organizational goals by the team-oriented.
- Able to organize & provide training to the Operators, Helpers & workers.
- To develop and maintain company inspection reports.
- To Identify possible areas for improvement in quality control processes.
