Later on, it was re-named as “National Development Engineers Ltd.” from 13th March 1982 as a private Limited Company with a view to make significant contribution in the construction sector of the country.
Today NDE has earned the reputation of one of the leading construction firm of the country, capable to under-take any kind of civil, electrical & mechanical Engineering projects which require specialized professional experience with requisite technical knowledge.
We are looking for committed & performance driven candidates in our Organization in the following position.
Responsibility:
- Must have work experience with Government Engineering Agencies.
- Having experience in construction of Structural buildings, Road & Bridge etc estimation.
- Bill checking and estimation, reconciliation bill & BOQ Prepare. Prepared early budget estimation etc.Regarding Companies rule & Regulation sanction one-line process & also experience construction project & also knowledge of shuttering.
- Billing Procedures from Client & Contractor Side.
- Billing for extra-items/Non-BOQ items.
- Rates Analysis on DSR Abstract Invoice reconciliation of material bill required technique in.
- Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings.
- Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tender.
- Prepare & process subcontractor bills.
- To take the measurement from the site engineer.
- Review the quantities item listed.
- Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and contractors
