Additional Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in QuickBooks or QuickBooks Online, specifically serving USA-based clients.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business areas: Banks, Audit Firms/Tax Consultants.
- Candidates with knowledge of the USA-based Tax and Accounting System and working experiences with the US-based clients will be given preferences.
- Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, or any other relevant accounting software is mandatory.
- Experience with advanced features of MS Excel and G-Suite is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.
- Proficient in English communication, with strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey financial information and interact with stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of tax regulations and regulatory requirements of the USA, with a willingness to learn and stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Understanding of international stakeholders’ requirements to tailor financial solutions and services to meet their specific needs.
Responsibilities & Context
Job Description: Dynamic Tax and Accounting is seeking a skilled and experienced QuickBooks expert to join our Bangladesh team. This role is crucial for our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations in Dhaka, ensuring accurate financial management, compliance with tax laws, and exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with specific expertise in QuickBooks and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Records Review: Review financial records for accuracy and ensure compliance with tax laws.
- Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information and provide expert tax advice.
- Tool Utilization: Utilize QuickBooks and other tax preparation tools for efficient financial management.
- Regulation Compliance: Stay updated on tax regulations to ensure compliance and minimize risks for clients.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and build strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and team members to convey financial information and advice.
- Additional Accounting Tasks: Assist with other accounting tasks and projects as needed, ensuring the smooth operation of the department.
