Candidates with an academic background in Zoology, Marine Science, Marine Biology, Aquatic Science, or related disciplines will be given preference.
Experience
2 to 5 years

Responsibilities & Context
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome visitors in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.
Provide information and guidance about aquarium exhibits and sections.
Present engaging information about fish, marine animals, corals, seaweeds, and other exhibits.
Respond to visitor questions and provide necessary assistance.
Host and assist tourist groups, students, families and special guests.
Conduct short presentations and guided tours when required.
Assist visitors in following aquarium safety rules and guidelines.
Report visitor complaints, safety concerns, or unusual situations to the concerned authority.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Good presentation and public speaking skills.
Fluent English communication skills with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with local and international tourists.
Smart, confident, presentable, and guest-oriented personality.
Interest in marine life and aquarium exhibits will be preferred.
Experience in tourism, hospitality, customer service, or tour guiding will be an advantage.
Strong teamwork and coordination abilities.
