Requirements
Education
- Bachelor Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (ETE)/ Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE)/ Information and Communication Technology (ICT)/ Electrical, Electronics, and Communication Engineering (EECE) from any reputed university of Bangladesh.
Experience
- 2 to 10 years

Set of Skills
- Practical knowledge on Core, Radio and Transmission Network Planning of Cellular Telecommunication/ Mission Critical Push to Talk (MCPTT).
- Hands on experience of Implementation and regular Operation & Maintenance support for Cellular/ Mission-Critical Push to Talk (MCPTT) Network.
- Knowledge on Radio Frequency understanding with Link design, Cellular network Coverage planning and optimization.
- Knowledge on Power System design, Implementation and regular O & M support for Cellular Communication.
- Workable Knowledge on HF / VHF / UHF / GSM / 3G / 4G / 5G / WiFi / WiMax Antenna System.
- Professional Certifications on Cellular Communication Optical & MW Transmission are preferable.
- Candidates must have mindset to be employed for long term (at least for 5 to 7 years)
