Priority Qualification:
Technical report and presentation capability
Rich experience in team management

Responsible for RAN E2E performance issue troubleshooting, analysis and improvement
Responsible for the change request activity, such version upgrade, Site integration and so on
Responsible for customer( CTIO) report and presentation, responsible for the customer satisfaction.
Technical reporting/communication with the operator on network issue, guide for typical issue troubleshooting and performance improvement, clarifying and replying questions.
Responsible for the acceptance KPI achievement/ reports delivery under MS project scope.
Responsible for team training.
Works in the NOC to cooperate with the EMS northbound commissioning of the lower-level manufacturers and the interconnection with the upper-level NMS
