Proven experience as a Web Developer with a strong portfolio demonstrating React-based projects.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing applications with React.js.
Deep understanding of React.js core principles (components, hooks, state management, lifecycle, etc.).
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern development tools.
Expertise with Tailwind CSS for efficient, scalable UI development.
Excellent understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern web standards.
Experience with Git and collaborative version control workflows.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Fluent in English (written and verbal) for effective communication and documentation.
Experience working with Laravel-based APIs (consuming RESTful or JSON APIs built in Laravel).

Desirable

Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux).
Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
Knowledge of other front-end frameworks or libraries.
Experience with build tools like Webpack or Vite.
Understanding of SEO principles and accessibility best practices.

Responsibilities & Context

About the Role: We’re looking for a skilled and passionate React Developer to join our growing team in Chattogram (Agrabad). In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality, user-centric web applications using modern front-end technologies with a strong focus on integrating and consuming backend APIs (including Laravel-based APIs). If you have strong technical expertise, a keen eye for detail, and a love for clean, efficient code, we’d love to hear from you!

Working Hours: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js.
Write clean, modular, and well-documented JavaScript code.
Build and implement user interfaces with Tailwind CSS, ensuring design accuracy and cross-browser compatibility.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to translate design mock-ups and wireframes into functional web applications.
Optimise applications for speed, scalability, and user experience.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve cross-browser and device-specific issues.
Stay up to date with emerging front-end technologies and best practices to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge.
