We are looking for experienced Real Estate Agents or Property Firms to assist in renting out premium commercial spaces of IDB Bhaban located at Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, Agargaon, Dhaka.
Scope of Work:
- Market and promote available commercial spaces to potential tenants
- Conduct client visits and provide necessary property information
- Negotiate rental terms and finalize agreements in coordination with the property owner
- Ensure timely updates and communication regarding client interest and market feedback
