- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.·
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate project management.· Managing multiple projects simultaneously.·
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, zoning regulations, and building codes.·
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.·
- Proficient in project management software·
- PMP, CPM, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.· Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities & Context
- Lead and manage real estate development projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project scopes, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Create detailed project plans, timelines, and work schedules.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
- Perform project evaluations and assess results.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, issues, and solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- PMP, CPM, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
