Responsibilities & Context
- Greet and assist patients at the front desk.
- Handle calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries
- Explain services (Hair Transplant, PRP,Laser etc.) clearly
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Follow up with leads to confirm bookings.
- Maintain patient records and front desk cleanliness.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic team.
- Ensure a luxury experience for all clients.
- Support daily admin and reception tasks.
- Having good verbal communication skills in English.
