Post-Graduation having no 3rd class/division in academic career.
Experience
At least 8 years

Additional Requirements
Age At most 53 years
Minimum 8 (eight) years of banking experience including 2 (two) years as Head of Branch/Manager Operations.
Strong background in Cash Management, General Banking, Liability Management, Credit Risk & Administration, Trade Finance and Operations.
Proven client network in SME, Retail and Corporate segments.
Excellent leadership, team management and client servicing skills.
Sound computer literacy, strong communication skill both in Bengali and English with an age inclusive and proactive attitude.
Candidates who started their career as MTO/PO will have added advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION /RESPONSIBILITY
Deliver superior customer service and strengthen relationship management.
Achieve and exceed business targets while optimizing revenue and maintaining healthy financial ratios.
Drive new business acquisition, cross-selling and product penetration to build a quality portfolio.
Exercise delegated financial, administrative and business authority with due diligence.
Optimize resource utilization and manage allocated budget efficiently.
Lead, motivate and develop the branch team to ensure high performance in sales campaigns and cross-selling.
Ensure excellence in day-to-day banking operations and customer service.
Strengthen governance, AML, internal controls and full regulatory compliance.
Maintain high ethical standards and ensure satisfactory audit and inspection ratings.
Ensure safety and security of cash, premises and branch assets.
Address customer complaints promptly and enhance overall satisfaction.
