Responsibilities & Context
- Greet visitors and maintain a record of all the guests coming to the office.
- Receive and maintain all telephone calls & and respond to them in a well- manner,
- Record all telephone messages, and send those to the concerned desk/s.
- Effectively communicate with clients and employees.
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements inside and outside of the company.
- Reception and send them to the appropriate places.
- Provide general administration support.
- Maintain and organize the reception area.
- Record, maintain, and share information.
- Serve Tea and Coffee to Staff and office Visitor.
- Clean office kitchen on daily basis.
- Responsible for disposal of trash, waste, and other disposable material.
- Handling electronic files and papers.
