We specialize in meticulously planning and executing tours to a wide array of captivating locations within Bangladesh and abroad, encompassing historical sites, natural marvels, cultural festivities, and thrilling adventure pursuits.

As a receptionist, you will hold a pivotal role in ensuring a top-notch customer service experience for our esteemed clients. Your responsibilities will encompass warmly welcoming and assisting guests, providing them with accurate and engaging information about our services, and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their interaction with us. You will also be entrusted with efficiently managing various administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling, call handling, and general inquiries.

In addition, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office by coordinating with different departments, managing the office calendar, and handling any customer concerns or inquiries that may arise. Your adeptness in multitasking and excellent communication skills will be instrumental in ensuring our clients’ needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Handle phone calls incoming/ Outgoing with greetings in a professional way.
  • Received phone call & transfer it to the concerned person.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper, pc, printer)
  • Keep updated records and files.
  • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
  • Any other duties assigned by the manager.
  • Experience must be relevant Position.
