Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors and guiding them appropriately.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and records.
- Receiving, screening, answering, and forwarding phone calls.
- Monitoring front desk operations.
- Ensuring data of employee movements in and out of the office.
- Assisting in meeting arrangements and organizing catering.
