• Proficiency in using computer systems and handling appointments (experience with booking software is a plus).
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Passion for the beauty and wellness industry.

Responsibilities & Context

• Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries regarding services, appointments, and general inquiries.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring efficient management of time slots.
• Handle client check-ins, check-outs, and payments using the center’s booking system.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized front desk area.
• Provide information about treatments and services to clients, and refer them to relevant staff when needed.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, maintaining records, and processing invoices.
• Ensure clients feel comfortable and informed during their visit.
• Help maintain an aesthetically pleasing and professional atmosphere in the center.
