Responsibilities & Context

Job Context

Kidney Awareness Monitoring and Prevention Society (KAMPS) is currently seeking three full time Receptionist (Female) to join our Team in developing the overall organizational growth strategy and direction of the upcoming Hospital Development Project.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the achievement of KAMPS mission, vision, short and long-term goals and financial objectives.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Receiving patient queries and forwarding to concern department.
• Must have computer knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel.
• Communication skill not limited to cellular, verbal e-mail.
• Energetic and enthusiastic to ensure the quality of service to our patients/ clients, problem identification and resolution.
• Relationship development with patient & visitor.
• Regular follow-up with existing / potential patient to achieve maximum potential of KAMPS.
• Required to perform according to the training and guidance given for better productivity & efficiency
• Organize and attend the Indoor & outdoor health meeting when necessary.
• Perform other helpful activities for KAMPS of when required.
