Responsibilities & Context

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors and guiding them appropriately.
  • Receiving, screening, answering, and forwarding phone calls.
  • Monitoring front desk operations.
  • Monitoring and ensuring fingerprint daily data.
  • Ensuring data of employee movements in and out of the office.
  • Providing general administrative and clerical support.
  • Arranging, sorting, and distributing couriers, posts, and emails.
  • Maintaining and safeguarding compliance with telecommunication and electronic mail systems at the front desk.
  • Assisting in meeting arrangements and organizing catering.
  • Monitoring and ensuring the cleanliness of the office by complying with office rules.
  • Performing any other jobs as assigned.
