Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Relations

Experience

    Consulting Firms, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Overseas Companies, Call Center

Responsibilities & Context

•     Office time is in line with the UK which is 8:00 am to 5:30 pm and currently matches at 1:00 pm to 10:30 pm in BD time.

•    Saturday and Sunday are the weekend. Must be fluent in English spoken and written. DO NOT APPLY, if you are not fluent in English or unable to communicate in English.

• Client Relationship Management:

•  Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies to understand their staffing needs.

• Consult with clients to determine job requirements, organizational culture, and other relevant factors.

• Provide insights and advice to clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies.

• Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

• Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to source potential candidates

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and suitability for specific roles.

•  Maintain a database of qualified candidates for future job opportunities.

•   Sales and Business Development:

•  Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling and other sales activities

•  Present recruitment services to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits.

• Negotiate terms of service agreements, including fees, timelines, and recruitment strategies.

• Recruitment Process Management:

•  Coordinate the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both clients and candidates.

• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview and hiring process, including interview preparation and feedback.

• Collaborate with internal teams, such as HR and operations, to ensure compliance with recruitment policies and Procedures.

•  Performance Tracking and Reporting:

•Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as client satisfaction, candidate placements, and revenue generation.

•   Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, including client engagement, candidate pipelines, and business development efforts.

•  Analyse data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment strategies.
