To work on manpower planning, justification and recruitment process and documentation initiatives widely involving HRIS systems accordingly.
To search actively for potential candidates through job boards, professional networks like LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.
To ensure potential presence on Interview Sessions for evaluating the potential candidates for the best interest of the company.
To prepare and share Job Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, ID Card and other employment related accessories and stationaries to the deployed employees.
To ensure CV Pool for different positions for futuristic recruitment perspectives and also maintain annual recruitment calendar
To maintain and ensure personal file documentation with utmost confidentiality and maintaining the HRIS inputs
